The world could use a little Prozac. Especially the people that are hooked on always watching the mainstream news. It’s unhealthy mental digestion to constantly eat up the negative headlines. A better diet consists of more interaction with family and friends in a fun way. If your family reminds you of mainstream news, then perhaps start a new family. Or seek help. Yes, I know that’s usually easier said than done. But life’s too short to constantly deal with anxiety, stress and depression

We aren’t required to live with depression. But we should love ourselves and others… that’s it. But it’s easier to love when not depressed. It’s possible, but near impossible, to love ourselves and others when depressed. Depending on severity and coping skills.

It’s possible to beat depression. I get lots of help, both spiritually and physically. Spiritually, God, family, my nurse and other friends help me the most. Physically, building this website, wind therapy, and Prozac help me the most. It may be something else entirely that works best for you.

And then there’s stress. Stress is a fact of life. Stress is everywhere. So is evil. The mainstream news is stress… it’s mostly about evil. Stress creates anxiety. There’s stress involved in reading my writing… If I’m depressing you then please refer back to the previous section of this post. Stress can also trigger mania.

Managing and avoiding manic triggers is just as important as taking my meds. It takes two medications to help control my mania, Carbamazepine and Risperidone. The world could use a bit of that as well.

Love is the key to Heaven. That’s what God says.

God’s good Grace is healthy healing medicine that helps us deal with the negative. God reaches out to us when we reach out to Him. God helps us to deal with evil and stress. It’s a feeling we get from grateful Love.

But I’m not sure if I should be giving God a pronoun. In my mind, God’s not identifiable as human beyond Jesus’s mortal life walking the earth. Think about it. When’s the last time any of us “hims” or “hers” physically created anything out of nothing. Of course we do it all the time in our brain. We call it imagination. Magicians do it with tricks. But we’re not capable of the physical creation of anything beyond mixing existing elements.

God created the elements… from nothing… or perhaps from within God’s own infinite matrix. God is ultra mysterious and fascinating. We’re not expected to understand God. Just His Message.

The universe is finite as far as we currently understand. We just don’t really know… God only knows. We trust in God… we trust that God has a plan… a good and perfect plan… for everything. God’s plan is for us humans to reach Heaven and not die twice. We’ll know about that soon enough.

I imagine God approves my assertions. I’m simply pointing out how human God isn’t. And how human we ARE and how we need SOMEONE above and with us to guide us through our frail human darknesses. God does that for us, naturally and supernaturally, when we listen… When we seek help, we get help.

Some have a tendency to box God inside restricting human attributes. A child’s perceived world is restricted to just what they see, comprehend, and imagine. We comprehend more as our world grows. We learn to expand and control our imagination. We learn that LOVE is the root of our existence.

God is the only being that defies all spiritual and physical constraints. Something us humans cannot do by ourselves.

Look at your finger… if you happen to be blessed with one. How did it come to be…?

It’s not a simple question… But the answer is.

Simply Put is dedicated to Susan2, without whom I would be wandering alone in a wacky world far away from here.

I’m mostly retired. Except for some unavoidable honey-dos, I pretty much goof off for a living now. My last career job was designing internet operating circuit boards along with a distinguished team of engineers, managers and support personnel. Prior to that I was an electronics technician evolving into circuit board design in the defense industry working with tactical missile systems. My first career job was a professional artist. During my younger years I worked many odd jobs beginning at age nine with a newspaper delivery route.
