The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for [some] evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death. But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward.
Finally two came forward and declared, “This fellow said, ‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.’ ”
Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus, “Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?” But Jesus remained silent.
The high priest said to him, “I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Messiah, the Son of God.”
“You have said so,” Jesus replied. “But I say to all of you: From now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.” Matthew 26:59-64 NIV
God is omnipresent and omnipotent… in simple words He is everywhere and anywhere at the same time and in control.
God knows everything… past, present and future. His plan for us has always existed. And God’s timing is impeccable. Jesus was born at just the right time to seed Earth’s civilization. Jesus was a mortal messenger of how to love.
There is no greater demonstration of love than to sacrifice one’s life for another.
Jesus’s death was tragic. Why did He have to die at such a young age? The answer is found in the Bible. The answer is found here on earth. The Devil has a stronghold on us. We get the idea we are in control from mental illness. The Sanhedrin were mentally ill. They thought they were in charge.
God Loves Us
Many if not all of us are in varying degrees, mentally ill. And we are all sinners. We are mentally ill because we are not spiritually strong enough by ourselves to overcome mental adversity. We need each other. We need God’s help. We are sinners because of our free will to choose between good and evil behavior, and our propensity towards succumbing to Satan’s influence. God’s plan is for us to grow spiritually by following Jesus’s teaching and shunning Satan. Satan is our greatest challenge.
We cannot achieve God’s perfection. We can only love or hate.
Jesus’s Purpose

Intending to protect their religious power, evil acting men killed Jesus.
Through Jesus, God basically took a bullet from Satan for all of us. He takes a bullet for every hateful death. God loves us.
God made a provision for all of us to repent from evil behaviors and do what Jesus teaches us to do. Which is to love. Being kind is how we love. Mental illness is how we hate. Mental illness is Satan’s domain. That’s where his stronghold lies. Within our craniology. We overcome mental illness with God’s Graceful help through doctors, nurses, and the Spirit. The Spirit moves between us when we love each other.
The most essential and pertinent aspect of our mortal human life is God’s healing power inherent in surrendering to His good, pleasing, and perfect will.
If we love Jesus, we celebrate His life. Not His death. He died on the cross in OUR place. His life was about love. His death was about hate.
I pray for all healing ❤️🩹 of mental illness.
I pray for Jesus’s return. ❤️
