A Gathering of Smatterings
I dance like a butterfly…
and sing like a crow

My drum beats from afar. I’m not a saint or any man of the cloth. I live my life as a stable commonologist with a beautiful and beautifully supportive family. I’m not needy. I’m blessed. I don’t want fame. Other than my family, I don’t want to be anybody’s hero. I just want the world to see my work on the internet. ❤️
God is always reminding me of my failures. Then He shows me how much He loves me. The last thing I want to do is start an argument.
Welcome to a “different”
biblical point of view
Orientation
I fully admit that I’m completely capable of being wrong about anything. But I can also be right. 🤔
Within my website is a notion that we skewed God’s aspiration for us with our own self absorption. I did that for over five decades until I finally realized that I needed help with mental and spiritual healing.
We all need help at some point. ❤️🩹
About
Jesus’s earth mission was a teaching task using interactive examples and insightful parables. Which we in turn, distorted into a doctrinal political arena ultimately excluding everyone else but “Christians” as able to reach God’s domain.
But what did Jesus Christ teach?
I think Christ taught compassion for others and expressed unconditional love for everyone, not just His followers. Jesus taught us with examples of helping others.
I want my website to help people like me who aren’t perfect but seek a spiritual connection to help sort out the Truth instead of dealing with mainstream confusion and misplaced reverence to other fully humans. We all “put our pants on the same way”. God probably doesn’t need pants.
Jesus Christ’s example to follow was simply to be a friend to others.
Message
Jesus expressed unconditional love. Especially for everyone who repents from bad behavior. Everyone who loves. Everyone who recognizes and worships the Father.
We are without excuse because God is recognizable in Nature, and especially inside our own heart and soul. 💕
Outside the clarity of God’s quoted words, examples, and parables plus the incredibly clear wonder of our Natural physical surroundings, we receive an emotionally filtered version of God’s messaging through inspired fellow fully humans who socioculturally must wear pants, especially when it’s cold.
The far reaching emotions from some of the Bible’s fully human writers account for well meaning embellishments of God’s simple message to love. There are many inspired renderings of intimacy with the Holy Spirit from fully human people. And not just in the Bible. God has always been open for intimacy since the beginning of time. And that certainly didn’t stop with Jesus’s mission. God talks with us through a butterfly, another human, or even a crow. His love is easily detected in His followers and through the natural world.
Many well intended fully humans seek to express their thoughts and feelings of love for the Lord. I am of that description. ❤️
Discernment
The world’s pointed interpretation of the Bible as God’s whole literal Truth creates doubt as to its validity for the skeptic. John 3:16-18 is a global catalyst for doctrinal politically divisive discourse in condemnation of anyone not practicing the Christian faith. Jesus Christ taught us to love and respect each other. He did not teach exclusion, He taught moral accountability.
Love doesn’t condemn. Love grows, like a “mustard seed” that’s planted in good earth.
Discernment, the ability to judge well, determines whether we can differentiate between God’s Truth and human frailty and/or embellishment.
Healthy gentle debate takes into consideration that God didn’t create the Bible, He created the humans that compiled it. Fully humans can be inspired of the Holy Spirit, but are not Devine. Humans are merely emotionally human.
Jesus Christ was the only Devine human in the Bible.
Discernment of the Bible doesn’t change its validity, but brings it closer into clear full focus as to what’s a message from God who loves us, and what’s a message from a human who loves God.
Jesus makes His messaging clear in the Bible and through the Holy Spirit. We humans are inspired by the Holy Spirit but not in control of it. We only control, or need to control, ourselves and our approach to worshiping the Bible. The Bible itself doesn’t warrant worship. Only God warrants worship. His Words in the Bible are from the Holy Spirit’s influence on the Bible’s writers and must be preserved for all time. Therein lies the Truth.
Spiritual Growth 💙
The very wonderful “feeling” of God’s presence inside us, such as when we’re admiring His handiwork in Nature, and enjoying an inspiring human work, helps to resolve Truth as we quietly listen and fully accept our own humility.
We know that Jesus Christ is the only Devine human in the Bible. We also know many inspirational human works that bring us together and closer to God from within its pages.
Spiritual growth is possible without taking literally the fully human emotionally based stories in the Bible that are presented as moral lessons. They simply inspire us and teach us the Lord’s will.
We can know His loving will in our humbled receptive quiet heart… while watching a butterfly interact with its surroundings and hearing a crow sounding the alarm. Or a fully human sharing their thoughts and feelings of love. ❤️
