Born 3 November 1951, I’m a commonologist*.
My last career job was computer aided design of internet operating circuit board layouts along with a distinguished team of engineers, managers and support personnel. Prior to that I was an electronics technician evolving into circuit board design in the defense industry working with tactical missile systems. My first career job was a professional artist. During my younger years I worked many odd jobs beginning at age nine with a newspaper delivery route.
The most important career lesson I learned was from a female automobile mechanic. I wasn’t happy with where I was working at the time and she told me, “The best thing you can do is make yourself valuable [to your boss]”.
Intelligentleness
Over the years my career based design tool evolved from a pencil to a computer keyboard. I think it’s important to note that I do not use AI as a design aid for my website content. In my opinion, artificial intelligence is inferior to God’s organic creation especially when it comes to matters of the spirit. I’m not nearly as fast at executing “research” tasks, but I way more trust God’s natural handiwork for my spiritual (emotional) thought reflections than any man made machine. Machines have no intellect, they only have references. Thus far, AI can’t completely and accurately intellectually sense what we’re thinking and feeling. AI is an elaborately evolved calculator. Claims of intelligence are greatly exaggerated. Speedy task execution is a totally different matter.
